Located waterside at Marigot Bay. A third generation local restaurant owned and operated by Chef Shaid Rambally who's cuisine is a exotic fusion of East Indian and Creole cooking.

Fresh ingredients such as mangos, papayas, okra, taro root, ripe plantains along with fresh atlantic red snapper, mahi mahi and Caribbean Lobster are used in his recipes.

Chateau Mygo is also the only Sushi bar located on the west coast of St. Lucia. Try our spicy tuna roll or the crunch calamari roll. Sashimi and a variety of hand rolls can also be special ordered.

Chef Shaid Rambally has been featured on the Food Network's Paula Deen show.

The original Hurricane Hole opened in 1960, and has been restored to its former glory with its original lighting and sign, and casual laid-back friendly atmosphere.
